Product Manager (Strategy & Roadmap Focus) (m/f/d)
Want to be part of one of Europe’s fastest-growing climate tech startups? We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong growth mindset to help shape the future of climate software.
🌍 Join our mission to fight climate change
Cozero is operating in a space where product decisions increasingly sit at the intersection of data complexity, regulatory requirements, and commercial reality. As our product evolves, clarity around priorities and direction becomes essential.
In this role, you will help bring structure to ambiguity: owning key parts of product discovery, shaping a coherent product roadmap, and translating company goals into clear product direction. You’ll work closely with founders and cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, climate, data, and commercial functions to ensure we consistently focus on the right problems at the right time.
You will take meaningful ownership over how product decisions are framed, prioritized, and communicated, making trade-offs explicit and helping the organization move forward with confidence — even when information is incomplete.
If you enjoy working in an environment where judgment matters more than rigid process, and where you can have real impact on both product outcomes and how product work is done, this role offers responsibility, trust, and room to grow.
🎯 What you’ll do:
As a Product Manager at Cozero, you will work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and data, shaping how our product evolves as we scale. You’ll operate in close collaboration with the Head of Product, founders, and cross-functional teams, turning ambiguous inputs into clear priorities and tangible outcomes.
Own product discovery and problem framing:
Lead structured learning with customers, internal stakeholders, and the market to identify high-impact problems—especially where data quality, trust, and compliance matter.
Own and evolve the product roadmap:
Translate company goals and commercial needs into a coherent product roadmap, making trade-offs explicit and prioritizing what matters most in a resource-constrained, fast-moving environment.Drive execution with focus and pragmatism:
Break down strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, align with engineering and design on scope and quality, and ensure progress without over-engineering.Leverage data to inform decisions:
Use metrics, qualitative insights, and domain logic to guide prioritization, measure impact, and continuously improve product outcomes—even when data is incomplete.Collaborate deeply across disciplines:
Work closely with designers, engineers, climate experts, and commercial teams to bring ideas to life—from early concepts to shipped solutions.Communicate clearly and with intent:
Create shared understanding across stakeholders by articulating decisions, assumptions, and trade-offs in a way that enables alignment and momentum.
⭐ We think you’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have several years of experience as a Product Manager and are comfortable operating with significant ownership and ambiguity (we hire at the right level based on scope, not titles).
Enjoy turning messy, complex problem spaces into clear directions, and are comfortable being the first to propose structures where none exists.
Are curious and opportunity-driven, with a strong bias for learning, iteration, and speed over perfection.
Are excited by data-heavy products, and motivated by improving data quality, trust, and usability in compliance-relevant contexts.
Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving fluidly between abstraction and detail.
Use data and qualitative signals to inform decisions, without waiting for perfect validation.
Thrive in cross-functional collaboration, and actively seek close contact with engineering, design, and commercial teams.
Are excited to embed AI into both your own workflows and the product, while being thoughtful about its limitations and risks.
Are mission-driven and motivated by building technology that helps tackle the climate crisis.
Nice-to-have: Previous experience working within the Climate Tech field and a strong commitment to fighting climate change.
