Do you want to be part of one of Europe's fastest-growing climate tech startups? We are looking for an Enterprise Marketing Lead with a strong growth mindset to tackle the day-to-day challenges of building and growing a business.
In this unique role, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and growth while building on an existing small Marketing team and function.

Important requirement: We’re looking for someone with a near-native level of German (C2 level) AND fluent in English (C1 level). If it’s not your case, we'd love to consider your application for future positions where this isn't a hard requirement. For this role you need to be based in Germany.
Your mission
Lead and build an agile, high-impact marketing function that accelerates Cozero’s growth and presence. By leveraging your expertise in marketing (ideally to large enterprise businesses), you will craft and execute targeted strategies that engage key decision-makers and enhance our brand awareness. In this role you will manage a small team of marketers which will grow in line with the business growth.
What you'll do
Enterprise Marketing:
- Lead strategic thinking to define positioning, target customers, and create a concise value proposition.
- Experiment with various marketing channels, events, and tactics for optimal outreach.
- Develop and drive thought leadership initiatives that position Cozero as an industry authority, crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience and enhances our brand reputation.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Develop and execute ABM strategies in line with our Sales targets to expand our presence in new regions.
- Personalise marketing campaigns for key accounts, driving targeted engagement.
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement:
- Create sales enablement materials aligning with product marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team, understanding their needs, and providing essential tools.
Generalist & Branding Expertise:
- Utilise your expertise or general marketing understanding to further build our brand and cover PR activities to generate awareness
- Contribute to building the foundation of product marketing.
- Hands-On Approach: Be hands-on and willing to drive various marketing activities outside your core expertise.
Who you are:
- You are a T-shaped marketing expert with a track record in brand and product marketing, ideally with a deep understanding of enterprise marketing.
- Experience in designing and implementing thought leadership strategies that establish a brand's authority in the market.
- Proven ability to craft impactful content that engages target audiences, drives brand recognition, and supports the company's positioning as an industry leader.
- You have a track record on conceptualising and executing Account-Based-Marketing tactics to engage (C-Level) executives
- You thrive in an early-stage startup environment, are excited to roll up your sleeves and proactively and rigorously execute on various marketing aspects to drive success for the company.
- You are a builder and have a track record of growing a marketing team and function.
- You are fluent in both German and English
- Hands-On Mentality: Ability to deliver on strategy while driving hands-on execution at a fast pace.
- You are able to articulate complex technology concepts in a simple and exciting way.
- Experience in briefing and collaborating with diverse internal teams—such as Customer Success and Sales—as well as external stakeholders, including freelancers and designers, while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Proven leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration to achieve strategic marketing objectives.
