We are a remote-first company spread across Europe, with a strong base in Germany and an office in Berlin. We've steadily grown our team since 2020 and now count 42 and growing Coheroes.

You will receive a one-off payment of EUR 500 to purchase any equipment you need for your remote office. We provide you with a Mac.

We are a Berlin-based Climate Tech startup of 40 team members passionate about transforming every company into a low-emission business.
Our mission is to help companies find the most economical way to minimize their environmental impact and enable them to decarbonize effectively.
To accomplish this, we’re developing a digital end-to-end SaaS solution - the Climate Action Platform (CAP) - to track, forecast, and manage corporate emission data and match them to low-emission solutions to reduce their carbon footprint. Our platform enables our customers to integrate climate-controlling into their daily decision-making. That’s why multinational companies in more than 50 countries widely use Cozero.

- Read over the job description. To prepare for your interview, read through the job description and ensure you know the expectations connected to the role.
- Everyone loves candidates who do their homework! Please familiarize yourself with Cozero and our product (see the links below). We will appreciate you knowing our mission and values and being able to speak on them.
- We love to ask behavioral-based interview questions. We want to get to know you and understand what initiatives you owned and what impact you had. Expect follow-up questions such as, “What did you do then?” or “What was the result?”
- Listen carefully and if you need clarification on questions, please ask! Also, feel free to tell your interviewer you need a moment to collect your thoughts.
- Be concise. Communication is important in all of our roles here. ****We recommend being thorough but concise. We'd generally appreciate hearing about fewer things but in more detail. We want to learn about the details of the challenges you've encountered and what exactly you did. Avoid giving "whirlwind tours" that superficially touch on many areas. It's crucial for us to get a clear picture of your personal contributions, the outcomes, and the impact.
- Come with questions. This is your chance to interview us as well. We value curiosity and want to answer your questions.

4. Founder Interviews: At Cozero, we have a flat hierarchy, and the Founders are invested in getting great people on board. This is your opportunity to learn more about Cozero straight from the cofounders, Helen, Fabian, and Tiago.
